Throughout the week i have learnt alot about internet blogs as i did not even know how they existed befor  induction week. uploading the final images was tedious, as was taking them. The fnal show on Friday was very entertaining.

Damn, damn, damn, damn, damn

Professor Higgins opens the My Fair Lady Song, “I’ve Thrown A Custard in her Face” with a long string of Damns, which I am in a mood to repeat. I have a ten-ton deadline hanging over me suspended by a single human hair. If I don’t stay and stare at my screen all day every day until I have bled out a screenplay I will have my nipples torn from me like medals from the tunic of a disgraced officer and Shame will know me for her own.
Douglas Adams liked deadlines: “I love the loud whooshing noise they make as they go past,” he said. My deadline has whooshed past four times and this is now IT. I deliver or ELSE.

this is taken from the same blog ( Stephen Fry's ), but a much older post, which is still available to be viewed from clicking a link on a time line.

The Picnic

Oh my lordy lordy LORD. I have known these two weeks were coming, but it’s still a shock that they’re here already. As you might know from my #shamelesswhoring on Twitter, I have a book out this week. Tonight I am at the Royal Festival Hall, the evening being relayed live to 60 cinemas across the country. I have been splayed over newspapers and the Radio Times in various undignified poses and to top it all the Dave Channel are, bless them, having a Stephen Fry Week. Over the coming fortnight I am doing evenings in Norwich, Cambridge and Oxford. There are three live performances at the Royal Albert Hall and further events at Cheltenham and Bath to come. Throw in on top of this the usual swathe of One Show, breakfast TV interviews and suchlike and you have a savage lubeless media assault that may well bring tears to the eyes.

This is taken  from a diferent blog, the blog of famous presenter of shows such as Qi, Stephen Fry.
He writes in a journal fashion about a trip he is about to go on. Detailing the events so far.

Picture taken from anothers blog.

This is a Picture from the same blog. I see this as another way to effectivly express the views of the author, as it is alot more atractive ( well to myself) then a text post becuase the information can be aquired alot quicker.

Example of a blog.

Self-delusion and self-loathing

Two shores of the same river, either can get you into a lot of trouble.
Self-delusion is lying to yourself about how good you are. You might think you're a world class designer or actor or chef or administrator or problem solver, but you might be merely well-intentioned, hard-working and pretty good. Which is fine, but pretty good is hardly remarkable. Telling yourself the truth about what you've got to market is the first step to marketing with success.
and...
Self-loathing is lying to yourself about how bad you are. You might think you've got nothing to add, that you're a lame designer or actor or chef or administrator or problem solver, but you probably have the potential to be great. Awe-inspiringly great ...if you're willing to do the work, make the sacrifices and stop undercutting yourself. Supporting yourself with the truth about what you could market is the second step to marketing with success

This is an example of somebody else' blog, they have wrote a paragraph of their  views on self delusion and self loathing; as seen in the title. they use opinions and facts to get their point of view to the audiance.
